Student hub

Your school.
Your community.
Your voice.

Positive memories, meaningful choices, new experiences and a real sense that what you say can shape what happens next.

Be heard · Get involved · Ask for help
You said, we did

Student feedback should lead to visible change.

Ideas from students help shape practical parts of school life, from food and clubs to equipment and learning experiences.

You said

“More choice and more cooking.”

We did

More cooking in Food Tech, menu changes, cooked breakfast on Friday, ice cream as a summer pudding alternative and more lunchtime clubs.

You said

“More practical learning.”

We did

An ICT room with proper computers, more practical work in Science and more class trips linked to lessons.

You said

“Make choosing things fairer.”

We did

Film Club every lunchtime, a review of target cards and a new, fairer process for enrichment choices.

I wish my teacher knew…

Sometimes the most important thing is the thing you have not said yet.

This presentation demonstrates how the student hub could provide a calm, discreet route to tell staff about something that may affect learning, wellbeing, friendships or how school feels that day.

In the live site this would connect to the school’s approved secure safeguarding workflow.
